Here are some images I captured on film. All of the photos
are my property. Do not use or distribute without express written permission.

the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) when I was on duty there. I
was able to fly in the Soviet bi-plane that they had there (AN-2 Colt).
I also flew the UH-1 pictured in Soviet paint. The JRTC had two examples
of UH-1's in Soviet paint schemes, but one was recalled to the Depot for
total rebuild just after receiving the "redstar" paint job.
You may also notice the orange panel in the window of the
OH-58C. We used them for Observer/Controller (O/C) work during the war games
that we conducted at the JRTC. Most of the UH-1 photos are from flight school at
Fort Rucker, AL. as well as the gate guard TH-55. The Huey photos were taken while I was riding along either before
or after my turn flying. We were in formation with one or two other aircraft
during this phase of training. An open door and a camera make for a nice
series of pictures. I tried to take them every chance I could. These are
just a few of the 100's that I have.
I also included some of my Saudi pictures from the Chinook unit I was with, A Co, 5th of the 159th. One picture shows the Kuwaiti oil fires which I took from a CH-47D. There will be more to come, and I invite people to send quality photos for the page.
These are some photos of technical drawings I scanned from the
original -10 manuals.

Talk about having friends in low places...this is a friend of mine. I can not tell you who he is. I really can't tell you what he usually does...because I really do not know much about it myself. But...he does look cool doing it.
