I am an aircraft engineer. i work on Robinson R22 and R44 heli's. I am due to start my recruitment course on tuesday but there are a few problems. i have asthma and the army dont want to know me. i have always wanted to join one of the services as the benifits are fantastic.
I read a book called "chicken hawk" about an army piolt in Vietnam. Fantastic feats of courage you pilots showed during the war.

I am definitely interested in possibly joining the military as a helicopter pilot. I don't have perfect vision and would have to make sure I can get in the Army(I get the impression the other branches are more strict, but the Army will allow for some correction?).
